In order to guarantee that all of our products arrive at your location in perfect shape and without any damage, Cureayu has worked with reputable logistic partners for our logistic services. We guarantee that we only use packaging materials of the highest quality, obtained from reputable suppliers, and that their suitability for use in the shipment and delivery of our items has been thoroughly tested.
Note: Rs.60 will be the shipping charge for all orders below Rs.500
What is the procedure for delivery?
Your products are carefully inspected to guarantee that they are in flawless condition after our system has processed the order that you have placed with us. We pack your products and deliver them to our reliable logistic partner once they have undergone a comprehensive examination and have passed the last stage of quality testing.
The products will thereafter be delivered to you as soon as possible by our logistic partner. If our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the convenient time that you have specified, they will get in touch with you to work out a solution.
Please be aware that all orders placed by you will be delivered to the shipping address you gave at the time of placing your order, together with an invoice, for all products (including any free gifts bundled with the products you have ordered for). While we make every effort to send your order’s products together, this may not always be possible.
What geographical pin-codes does Cureayu send their goods to?
Cureayu delivers goods to practically all pin codes in India. Depending on our logistics partners, the list of pin-code serviceability may occasionally change.
What time frame will it take for my order to arrive?
Depending on your shipping address, a delivery estimate would be provided to you at the time of purchase placement. You may be confident that the products will be shipped out within 24 hours of placing your order because we keep inventory of every item we sell on our website. Depending on the location from which you are ordering, we aim to send your product to the delivery address you provided at the time of placing your order within 2–7 days. However, deliveries occasionally take longer due to unforeseen events and delays.
Please be aware that while Cureayu will make every effort to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, Cureayu is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by our logistics partner.
Delivery Information
Our logistic partner will make 2 (two) additional delivery efforts if no one is present when our logistic partner attempts to deliver your products to the address. Please be aware that you can call our customer service hotline to reschedule the delivery date, and we will do our best to comply with your request. In the event that the first three deliveries listed above fail, our logistics partner will send your package back to us.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your mail ID as specified during registration.
